Senior Business Consultant

We are now looking for an Rollout Manager / Change Leader with change management experience rolling out big programs globally to strengthen our team.

You will manage and own the Rollout deployment plan and strategy.
You will manage a squad of local implementation managers as Ariba P2R is rolled out in multiple countries at the same point in time.
You will ensure that a gap analysis for Legal/Country/Business Unit is gathered and handed over to the central project team.
Your main objective is to Implement Ariba P2R according to plan with a focus on centrally managed processes.
Furthermore, you will contribute to continuously improving the implementation methods and processes.

In addition to this you will own the change management plan & strategy, drive communication towards stakeholders, onboarding the different Business Units as well as structure and coordinate the creation around training and training material. Detailed training content will be provided by central team.

Your Tasks
Holds implementation plan for each market and responsible for informing and reporting the plan to concerned stakeholders and forums
Hold meetings/pulses with business units to achieve the implementation on time according to priority and delivery dates
Act/work together with central team and local implementation managers to ensure user access, supplier onboarding, catalog migration, training & preparation of the Super Users for the implementation.

Top Skills
Have experience of rolling out a SAAS Globally (like SAP ARIBA) with an understanding of the centrally managed process requirements
Good understanding of indirect purchasing processes
Have experience with change managed activities and knowledgeable in Prosci method
Can effectively communicate the vision and objectives to motivate stakeholders
You are structured, able to work at a high pace, has good leadership & social skills
You are motivated, able to take own initiatives as well as being a team player
You are willing to travel, if necessary.
We believe that you have a degree in finance, business administration, or IT from a university or corresponding work experience.
