Support the Product Owner for Patch & Life Cycle Management in IOS Quality & Security to continue the development and implementation of the processes and with some special assignments related to the topic to secure that the basics are up and running.
Many parallel topics required to be done to get the baseline up and running as fast as possible.
Below list is addressing the urgent areas (but is not conclusive):
RESUMO TULIPS to be totally redesign and implement, including a huge BCM to re-educate people to the right process and concepts (ex. ”patch slots”, ”patching delay request”, etc.)
Inventory of all SPO and documentation done with RESUMO about temporary way of working spread everywhere and related to Patch & LCM + Rebuild & centralize in the right place (KBA)
Identify impacted people to restart a communication/training campaign
Support on the POC in Umea (implementation & monitoring of the change management process)
Support on the improvement of the Change Management process usage – pilot in CS
Drive the OneDB project from Q&S perspective to secure the design and implementation of a user interface, access rights and Business Change Management
BCM on Patch and Lifecycle management process & measurements – way of working, advice, etc.
Prepare for the next version of My IT Delivery portal for the Patch and Lifecycle process area Skills and experience:
Project Management (agile mindset)
Business Change Management (Communication, Training, Usability, Process)
Business Analysis (measurements, indicators, requirements etc.)
Basic ITIL knowledge
