Work tasks
As a recruitment coordinator, you will support in all parts of the recruitment process. You will work in close collaboration with our recruiters and make sure that we hire top talent whose values are in line with our Culture. Your main responsibilities will be in administration with a variety of screening CVs, phone/video interviews, reference checks and documentation.

Top Skills
To be successful in this role you have a University degree within HR and preferably some experience in recruitment/search as a recruiter, consultant manager or similar. Competence and experience are important, but personality is key! We are looking for someone with a service minded “can do” personality who is passionate and engaged. We work with many different stakeholders internationally while sometimes having tight deadlines. You need to have high integrity, strong communication and cooperation skills. Furthermore, we work in a fast paced and sometimes demanding environment, so you need to be very business and performance driven. Last but not least you must be fluent in English, both verbally and written.
