Roadmap Lead – Commercial Digital.
The Roadmap Lead ensures that there is a long-term strategic roadmap for the Product Area that aligns deliveries towards our key priorities.
You will collaborate with a wide range of portfolio and product stakeholders to ensure that we have high quality product roadmaps that are underpinned by realistic ambitions and a feasibility to execute.
You will facilitate balancing and prioritization in an agile way of working with a quarterly cadence and support in creating transparency and awareness in the plans and deliveries of the Product Area.
To be successful in this role you should have a strategic mindset and be curious to understand the bigger visionary picture as well as the concrete supporting evidence for the plans being made.
You should be a collaborative problem solver with just the right mix of rigid structure and flexibility to work in an adaptive, pragmatic and diplomatic way. It is important that you are a self-starter with strong drive and influence – ideally becoming a well-networked individual across the organization. Ideally you have experience or a desire to work in an agile context of portfolio management. Most likely you also bring experience from working with defining strategic direction and change programs where digital plays a crucial part.
As part of that you have built a toolbox to support you in problem solving, research, data analysis, workshop facilitation and effective communication. Hopefully you also have knowledge of financial management, business case definition and value realization.
We think that you have broad knowledge of industry trends and concepts specifically for digital concepts relating to the specialized areas within Commercial Digital.
