Project Office within Project and Product Strategy Office, has the responsibility to deliver major product programs through program teams to our customers. Within Project Office, the group Project Planning and Assurance Management is in charge of leading and developing planning work and managing quality assurance, within the programs, in order to successfully meet the project targets from our customers.
We need to strengthen our team with a consultant with strong drive, self-going and with an eye for details when it comes to project planning and project quality assurance.
Your main focus is to ensure that we reach the end of the program delivering a great new product to our customers. This is done by securing program quality throughout the project, making sure that the project runs according to a decided time plan and run parts planning and securement for our builds. Your efforts will be on parts planning, main time plan, secure documentation, and proactive work on gate targets. Core responsibilities, could among other, be

Top Skills
Creating the Project Time Management Plan and creating alternative scenarios
Coordinating plans with related projects
Securing the project gates and end deliverables
Defining, tracking and leading activities concerning non conformances in the project work
Organizing program internal gate audits
Gathering lessons learned Required competences profile
At least 2 years of work experience in relevant fields, preferably in automotive
Knowledge in MS programs, e.g. MS project, Excel, etc.
Communication skills
Analytical and well organized
“Can do” attitude and self-going
