For our client we are looking for a Project Manager for HR Project – Business Transformation & Design Team.
PM to enable the transformation of the client’s HR solutions to be more people-centric and make it easy for leaders and employees to perform through simplified processes and a consistent and attractive employee experience.
Our client need a PM to drive the Business Transformation & Design Team.
The main objective for the PM is to secure the progress of this track, by coordinating the various actors Digital & IT, business.
The PM will be more focused on methodology, coordination, planning and control, and will not have to check the functional side.
The functional side will be secured by the business solution lead.
As our client have many different people in this group, with strong leadership, the coordination will need a strong profile, able to explain and guide.
This role is needed for the full project duration, and might evolve in the time, according to project progress.
Strong capacity to coordinate high level and complex business team
