Propulsion & Climate Labs is centre for testing of propulsion systems, in complete vehicle as well as in component form.
We operate and develop propulsion test facilities for vehicles, drivelines, electric motors, batteries, and transmissions, as well as aerodynamic and climatic testing. Our work includes hardware- and software preparation of testing, test execution and processing of measurement data.

We are now looking for a senior project engineer.
We are a team of project engineers, together we investigate ways to keep the labs test beds up to date with current and upcoming test needs and legislative demands.
You are a strong team player with good interpersonal skills and even better communication skills, comfortable taking the lead when needed. You are customer focused, working in a structured and methodical way, with a great amount of patient, with the aim to always contribute with improvements. You enjoy challenges and are comfortable solving problems in an independent and creative way.
You will define and specify requirements for test equipment and test methods together with our test engineers, our legal department, system architects and various suppliers.
To come up with a solution you will perform pre studies and alternative studies, then you will present your findings to management groups and internal customers.
You will also represent the lab in implementation of approved project and monitor the development and delivery of these systems.
One of the main priorities of this position is to represent us in the dialogue with SEEL (Swedish Electric Transport Laboratory) regarding specifications of the new test lab that is under construction.
We see that you have at least a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or similar, in addition you will need a couple of years of working experience within electrical propulsion or other relevant area.
You have shown the ability to take the lead in the daily work of the group or project. Further, you have good knowledge in Physical Measurement technics of electric machines and/or Li-Ion batteries. Prior experience from working in a lab environment would be considered beneficial.
