Co-Development is one of the areas that are growing fast now. One year ago, we started giving our employees the option to have a company car where we can take logs from the car, update it or even borrow it for a day to make further analysis. In return the employee got a tax reduction on the price. We started out with about 100 CoDev cars and has since grown to have 7500 cars in 4 different countries and we have ambition to grow even more. Your role will be to handle the fleet as a unit. Which cars run on which software, and what are the tests or measurements readouts that are ongoing in each vehicle? Do we need to add more cars in China? How much information are sent out to the employee when they pick up the car? This role is all about the details AND the grand picture at the same time!
