For the development of Care by Volvo and our direct to customer business, we will strengthen the Operations Product and Process team with a Product Owner for Fleet Return, Remarketing & Logistics. You will be joining a team of dedicated colleagues, striving to improve the current operations as well as prepare for new launches of markets and products. The team’s responsibility covers the areas within Order to Delivery, Fleet & Inventory management, Remarketing as well as Total Cost of Ownership. As a Product Owner within Fleet, Return & Logistics you have end to end responsibility from strategy and development to implementation and operations. You work closely with other product owners, operational hubs and market representatives to define business value, make strategic product decisions and prioritize projects and initiatives to achieve the product vision. You secure implementation of product and processes in operations and ay different markets. In your role you continuously gather and analyze data to understand the performance and condition of your products to improve the product roadmap. You secure that resources with the right competence take part of the product development and lead those resources on a day to day basis.

We are looking for a strong leader with vast, proven experience from digital product/and or service design and development, eg as a product owner, product manager, Senior project manager or similar.
You have experience from fleet management, logistics, aftermarket business or working with retailer network. GOB is an organization that evolves over time. This means that requirements for flexibility, being comfortable with change and drive to transform towards a goal that also evolves are high. You are curious by nature and have passion about improving a business from the ground, have experience from working with high level requirements all the way down to the data that proves success. You have excellent communication and presentation skills both verbally and visually. You are structured, organized and solution-oriented with the ability to prioritize and plan deliverables in a changing environment. You have strong business acumen and is not afraid to go into the details to understand how your products operate in the markets and what customer experience they deliver. You are fluent in English, verbal and written. You should have experience from an Agile working environment and the use of lead, SAFe or similar.
