We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy and the development of a digital product at the intersection of both a painless customer experience and a complex credit risk assessment, that must scale and support the rapidly growing direct-to-consumer model within Volvo Cars commercial transformation.
What you’ll do
You will lead a small product team based in our Gothenburg headquarters utilizing a COTS solution and team while interacting daily with a broad range of business areas.
You will develop a product strategy and a product roadmap based on an integrated understanding of business strategy and ambition, commercial objectives, and the possibilities of technology. While this is an application-based product, but a value stream mindset will help create opportunities for product and team growth. An understanding of automated credit and risk analysis and the importance of this in e-commerce conversion is an advantage, but not essential for the role.

– Leading and driving product strategy as a Product Owner, Product Manager or similar cross-functional team leadership role developing digital products
– Strong understanding and practical experience of agile development methodologies in digital product teams.
– Experience with using various tools for managing and visualising the progress and value of a product team.
