The organization you will be part of in this role provides consumer relations operations for the company and affiliated brands through contact centers. Their agents are the facilitating link between the brand, the consumer and the dealer network, acting as brand ambassadors and companions through the consumer journey. They secure capabilities needed and develop processes and products to release a premium and branded customer support for their partners. They develop needed trainings and make sure their agents get the right competence to be able to perform a good job.

Develop complex dashboards in Power BI & Tableau
Working with consolidating SLA metrics
Integrating Microsoft Azure data layer with knowledge of data lake
Working with platforms like Five9, Salesforce etc
Structured way of working, and good documentation
Overall experience in the area of data analytics for at least 5 years minimum.
The person should have hands on experience working with Power BI
Knowledge of Tableau
Knowledge in Python, R, SQL Server
Knowledge of Azure like Azure data factory is an added advantage
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Technical education at university level or equivalent experience.
