Industrial Technologies is an important part of the company in portfolio, revenue and profit. The companies have been acquired by our client and as they worked stand alone with their customers, they have IT systems in place which have been managed by themselves. IT has now been asked to perform a AS-IS analysis on the fit company common systems and templates. This analysis has been delivered and the next steps needs to be kicked off. In this TO-BE phase the Ind. Technologies business strategy and operating model needs to be clarified, standard processes and application to be defined and a roadmap for Ind. Technologies needs to be developed, which gives a direction to the units towards common IT systems and templates.
Lead the project and its work streams following company methodologies and routines incl. resource allocation, steering commitee reporting and securing time, cost, scope, risk management and purchasing/RFX..
Define To-Be steps and expectations.
Analyze synergies between BU’s, incl. business and operating models.
Agree on preparations and harmonization’s needed (Process / Portfolio / Application)
Decide on approach towards current template roadmap.
Align and agree on roadmap plan for Industrial Technologies BU’s.
Recommend common systems for all business scenarios (MTO, MTS, ATO, CTO, ETO).
Review ERP needs for small BU’s covering all major business processes (i.e. Lubrication Application Centers, RecondOil, Solution Factories, Vesta SI)
Senior Project Management and leading virtual team members.
Experience in Business Processes (Sales, Demand Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing)
Experience in Manufacturing Processes (MTS, MTO, ETO, CTO, etc.)
Knowledge in SAP templates (Sales, Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing)
Competence in company Common Systems (COH, DOH, WASS, XA)
Solid understanding of Business Strategy, Operating Model and Roadmap development
Knowledge in RFx Purchasing Processes
