In Sweden implementation is ongoing and we are looking to scale further geographically and with new products in the upcoming years. For the development of Global Online Experience, we will strengthen the Finance team with an E-commerce Steering Manager role within the area of Performance Steering and Sales Controlling. Join us on this journey to make sure we optimize our availability of cars to our customers and keep the right stock levels from a balance sheet and profit perspective. Through top-notch analysis and close collaboration with production planning, portfolio optimization and finance colleagues you’ll stay on top of the current and planned situation. • Develop and maintain modelling tools and perform risk/scenario analysis on sales forecast, inventory and customer delivery times.
Work together with local commercial teams and marketing team to process sales forecasts based on current performance and future scenarios
Work together with CbV planning to forecast delivery of ordered cars and estimate delivery times of upcoming orders
Analyse past and present data to support decision-making
Estimate and model multi cycle effects of inventory and deliveries
Prepare decision material and visualize situation for relevant stakeholder e.g. to prepare car order decisions
Play an important role in process development and building governance structures and ways of working
Any ad-hoc tasks related to forecasting and planning of CbV sales and car orders

Experience in building complex models for planning and analysis. Solid Excel skills is a must have, experience from other modelling tools or programming is beneficial
Since we are starting up a new business it is important that you have an interest in building something new rather than maintaining existing processes
You are a strong relationship builder with outstanding communication skills
3-5 years of work experience in relevant position. Experience from e-commerce inventory/supply planning is preferable.
Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred, in Business and finance, logistics or an engineering degree with strong academic records.
Fluent in English, additional languages is a bonus
