Job Description

This role will be part of Future IT Transformation (FIT) Program at our client.
The aim with the program is to accelerate the Company strategy to achieve its objectives, with main focus on change management to enable agile mindset cross the organization, apply customer centricity, higher speed, quality and efficiency.
​Future IT journey is not done in isolation but involve full company.
This role is intended to ensure everyone at our client keep informed about the Future IT Transformation activities in a structured way and also get everybody engaged in this transformation journey and passionate about the outcome.
Communication is a major activity to make this transformation happen successfully.

Work description
Hands on create and maintain
Communication plan
Program and workstream information visible for all IT at the company.
Create and maintain program reporting material, dashboards etc.
Prepare agenda for all employee meetings, Program open sessions, …

Highly structured & analytical mindset
Understanding of change and transformation principles
Project management skills – hands on work to follow up, create and own communication plan, keep program share point updated for each work stream, create reporting materials, dashboards, etc
Understanding of IT
Since the work is conducted on a large scale, with an agile mindset, past working experience and/or certifications in project management, agile and other related principles would be merit.
