For the further development of the digital capabilities the Future Shopping and Assisted Sales (FRAS) team are looking for a project manager to drive the development of our product operations department.
Product operations purpose is indented to be our FRAS product organizations operating team.
This team is being recruited as we speak and we need help in setting up processes and way of working both internally within the FRAS organization, but also outside of the team with the wider Volvo Car product and commercial organization.
In parallel with the product operations team we are also in need of standing up a business control function within FRAS.
This typically contain one FTE, however, setting up business control within FRAS is needed and expected as a deliverable for this role.
We are looking for a project manager with experience from shared services to set up routine, document processes and define ways of working within this team.
This is a time based initiative with deliverables tied to it.
You are a digital/business hybrid with a management consultant background familiar in driving work independently based on defined deliverables. You have a proven track record setting up shared services centers or similar operating model related projects
You solve problems going from the customer to how the technology works; and have an ability to quickly translate customer opportunity or need into product and technology dependencies.
We also believe that you have an entrepreneurial mindset, motivated by commercial success.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or graduate degree preferred; education concentrated in business or technology fields is preferred
Expertise from shared service / operating model engagements
Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and associated tools preferred
