Job Description

For the further development of the digital capabilities the Future Shopping and Assisted Sales (FRAS) team are looking for a project manager to drive and define methodologies for rolling out digital capabilities to users.
There are different types of rollouts that we foresee (examples below) and we need to standardize our rollout approach as much as possible so that scaling to markets becomes as easy and fast as possible.
This job requires significant collaboration within the FRAS team but also outside FRAS in order to find and align with stakeholders that might be needed depending on which capability that is being rolled out.
We expect that by the end of the engagement we will have different types of approaches to take depending on what is being rolled out including high level activities needed to fulfill each type of rollout.
This is a time-based initiative with defined deliverables.

Top Skills
You are a digital/business hybrid with a management consultant background familiar in driving work independently based on defined deliverables. You have a proven track record rolling out digital tools/capabilities to end users including initial handholding and training. You solve problems going from the customer to how the technology works; and have an ability to quickly translate customer opportunity or need into product and technology dependencies. We also believe that you have an entrepreneurial mindset, motivated by commercial success. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or graduate degree preferred; education concentrated in business or technology fields is preferred
5+ years’ experience in Management Consulting
Expertise in Automotive retail from consulting
Expertise digital implementation and rollout
Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and associated tools preferred
