Job Description

Works as a liaison among different stakeholders in order to understand the benefits and needs, structure, policies,
operations and culture of the organization and to recommend approach, opportunities and solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. The Business Analyst – Finance Purchase to Pay will drive the preparation and continuously improve the digital processes within the Purchase to Pay Area Digital processes supporting mainly purchase to pay processes on a global level for all of our markets.
The BA will focus on the initiative Automated financial flows which seeks to take our financial flows to next lvl of automation, thefore drive cross different domain in order to achive our goal.

Support the Digital Lead and Digital Product manager
Support the Purchase to Pay team in global deliveries based upon (mainly) Workday and SAP applications from business requirement gathering and analysis, through customizing and deployment done by internal and external resources
Manage pre-studies within Purchase to Pay based on our application landscape
Identify and understand business needs, define prepare the delivery of digital solutions to meet those needs
Support and enable collaborating cross other  functional teams and partners towards our goals
Continuously seek improvement and efficient solutions and operations together with other functional teams and partners
Contribute to the evolution of the digital organization
Have a failure fast belief by driving innovation and out-side the box thinking within digital.
Support the digital enablement for processes supporting Purchase to Pay on a global level for all markets.
Vendor Management
PO creation
Support all other initiatives with financial impact that will span cross current and new markets.

Top Skills
Senior Digital Finance business analyst, with an experience of systems and information flow mapping.
Good communication skills, and ability to work independently.
Being able to work with several interdependent and independent stakeholders.
Experience from working with Workday (not necessary but meritorious), Jira or similar tools covering epics, user stories and requirements management.
A person that has at least +5-10 years of experience within Digital Finance (i.e. 5-10+ years of supporting ERP projects in a global environment or eqvivalent
A person that is proactive and dynamic
A person that quickly sees the holistic picture
A person that knows that openness and collaboration is key forsuccess
A person who is a doer
A person that understands that we live in a digital world
A person that knows Agile Development
A person that has a proven working experience in global context
A person that has at least +10 years of experience withinDigital
A person that has a Bachelor’s degree from university or similar

A person that is fluent in English, both spoken andwritten.

A person that knows and understands Volvo Cars digital platform would be an advantage
A person that has extensive experience fromglobal SAP implementations, primary within Finance domain
