Main Responsibilities
Works as a liaison among different stakeholders in order to understand the benefits and needs, structure, policies, operations and culture of the P organization and to recommend approach, opportunities and solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
The Business Analyst – Finance Order to Cash will drive the preparation and continuously improve the digital processes within the Order to Cash Area Focus for the BA is a global initiative Automated financial flows, which seeks to take our financial steps to next lvl of automation.

Support the Digital lead for Order to Cash in the areas of
Support the Order to Cash team in global deliveries based upon (mainly) Workday and SAP applicationsfrom business requirement gathering and analysis, through customizing and deployment done by internal and external resources
Manage pre-studies within Order to Cash based application landscape
Identify and understand business needs, define prepare the delivery of digital solutions to meet those needs
Support the establishment of long term strategies and tactical roadmaps in collaboration with the Digital finance cluster
Support and enable collaborating cross other functional teams and partners towards our goals
Continuously seek improvement and efficient solutions and operations together with other functional teams and partners
Contribute to the evolution of the digital organization
Have a failure fast belief by driving innovation and out-side the box thinking within digital.
Support the digital enablement for processes supporting Order to Cash on a global level for all markets
Cash sales
Lease sales
Financial Service Providers
3rd Party Financing
Fleet sales
Stock Sales (Pando)
Credit Card (Stripe) management
Support all other initiatives with financial impact that will span cross current and newmarkets.

Top Skills
Intermediate to senior generalist business analyst, with an experience of systems and information flow mapping.
Good communication skills, and ability to work independently.
Being able to work with several interdependent and independent stakeholders.
Experience from working with Workday (not necessary but meritorious), Jira or similar tools covering epics, user stories and requirements management.
A person that has at least +5-10 years of experience within Digital Finance (i.e. 5-10+ years of supporting ERP projects in a global environment or eqvivalent
A person that is proactive and dynamic
A person that quickly sees the holistic picture
A person that knows that openness and collaboration is key forsuccess
A person who is a doer
A person that understands that we live in a digital world
A person that knows Agile Development
A person that has a proven working experience in global context
A person that has at least +10 years of experience withinDigital

A person that knows and understands Volvo Cars digital platform would be an advantage
A person that has extensive experience fromglobal SAP implementations, primary within Finance domain
