This role is within our Global Online Experience team, which is using digital technologies to reinvent the experience of becoming a Volvo customer.

We are now looking for a Product owner to lead the development and implementation of new products within our consumer data ecosystem.
With the clear scope of supporting direct sales online to be able to operate as an online retailer direct to consumer, you and your team will design and build a master data solution for Customer data, supported by our enterprise MDM platform (Semarchy xDM).
Hence, we are starting with a limited, well-defined use case, to be able to accelerate quickly. But this is only the beginning – this is a strategic area for Volvo Cars, one that will only grow more important as our business transformation evolves.
You will belong to the Data & Identity cluster within our newly formed organization GOX (Global Online eXperience).
Your product ownership will include the new direct customer data solution as well as our new product that should manage Global identification/authentication of individuals and companies.

today’s and tomorrow’s business.
You and your skills
As a leader with strong communication and presentation skills, you know how to influence and organize people and activities into an efficient workflow. You have the know how to leverage data for efficient decisions. You are a clear thinker who anticipates and develops strategies for future consequences and trends.
We believe you have 5+ years of working experience within Enterprise data at scale, Business Intelligence and Analytics, preferably partly hands-on. You have experience from leadership roles. You have knowledge and experience from working within large organizations utilizing agile methodologies such as Scrum and/or Kanban. You have a BSc/MSc, or equivalent training in Computer Science or other relevant subject.
