Job Description

Project Integration with Autodoc (100 m sek per year turnover) has an urgent need of an IT PM to lead the IT stream forward, in close collaboration with an already established PM (Alison Thompson) who will lead the business team

The IT PM shall be responsible for planning, executing and reporting of the IT part of the project and keep track of scope, time, costs and risks. The IT PM will work with and lead internal employees, consultants and external vendors. The IT PM will support IT Purchasing process from end to end with project input and validation from an IT and business perspective. The IT PM will lead the IT team in developing a concept for assessing portals, together with the business and IT Team select which portals to assess, gather needed input for the assessment and perform the assessment. The IT PM reports to the PM in the project as well as to the steering committee.
Solution-wise, the IT PM will work in close collaboration with the Solution Architect and the rest of the project- and IT project team.

Daily work tasks
Lead IT project, secure time, cost and scope as well as risk management.
Report of project progress in company PMO systems.
Collaborate with company Purchasing in potential sourcing of new systems and executing PO process towards existing vendors in ARIBA.
Secure that all IT sub-teams are allocated, focused and are meeting deadlines, external parties included. (including Integration Services, Product Area API, etc)
Secure (together with solution architect) IT architecture requirements incl. compliance are met.
Help securing requirements are met (business and IT).
Handle financial follow ups and reporting. Invoice receive and approval.
Close collaboration with Business project team.
Top Skills
IT Project Management with proven track record integrating with Online Distributors highly needed
Senior IT project management (timeplan, scope, requirements, budget, resources, risk, reporting, compliance, etc.). Experience working with GPM2/PRINCE 2 and/or equivalent.
Ability to take in large amounts of information and develop concepts to reduce complexity in line with IT strategy.
IT-security and compliance (GDPR)
Business case management.
Ability to lead virtual project teams.
Stakeholder management (mutiple different functions/ levels).
Budget responsibility/ forecasting and invoicing.
Agile project management skills and mindset.
