The main responsibility for this role includes coordination, development and follow-up of quality trainings throughout Volvo Group in order to manage cross-functional global training needs and new WoW.
Re-initiate training program core team to take active part in identifying training needs, review new trainings, identify target audience, and cascade communication of training deliveries.
Assure quality of training delivery and material, coordination of training delivery, and overall administration.
Use GTX WoW reference team to steer and approve training program core team with GTX training program and planning
Use the workstreams to define training content for the new WoW with support from our line organization and drive local changes adapted to needs.
In addition to coordination and communication, the role also includes hands-on work related to preparations of training material, e-learnings etc.
