Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst for our teams working with systems and processes for workforce and organization, attracting people to our company, recruit and on-board them and in the end also off-board them. • Together with the team design and build solutions based on understanding of the business processes and the interpretation the business

Build up a network and a have good relationship with the consumers and other stakeholders of our digital tools, to more easily solve the tasks
Support the organization of the existing solution Qualifications
University degree in Business Administration / HR / IT or equivalent
Experience working as a business analyst in software development and digitalization.
Broad understanding of digital systems
Experience working with business requirement specifications
Experience in Successfactors or Fieldglass is meriting
Experience in Human Resources IT is meriting
Experience from creating and analysing business processes is meriting
