Agile Program Coach / Delivery Coach – Driving Flow, Quality & Impact

We are looking for an experienced Agile Program Coach / Delivery Coach with strong technical insight to elevate our development program. You will guide leaders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and teams in shaping effective ways of working. Your mission: boost flow, quality, and clarity across a complex program that develops advanced software, FPGA, test, integration, and DevOps in a SAFe/LeSS-inspired setup. You will implement and track KPIs, optimize Jira usage, and ensure clear structures for delivery. With both a coaching mindset and hands-on drive, you will be a key player in enabling sustainable improvements and business impact.
