ACCESSIBILITY / TOPTEAM

Access should open opportunity.

We want people to be able to explore opportunities, understand our services and connect with TopTeam regardless of their abilities or the technology they use.

ORGANISATION DF IT AB / TopTeam
DOCUMENT VERSION Version 1.0 · 7 September 2026
01

Our approach

Accessibility is part of creating a website that is useful, understandable and welcoming to more people. At TopTeam, our work is built around human capability and opportunity, and we want our digital experience to reflect that.

We aim to reduce barriers that could prevent someone from learning about our services, finding an opportunity, submitting an application or contacting us.

OUR PRINCIPLE

Opportunity should not depend on how someone accesses the web.

02

Current accessibility status

The TopTeam website has been developed with accessibility considerations in its design and implementation. However, a complete independent accessibility audit of the current website has not yet been carried out.

We therefore do not currently claim full conformance with WCAG 2.2 AA or another specific accessibility standard. Some parts of the website, including third-party functionality, may contain barriers that have not yet been identified.

CURRENT STATUS Accessibility review in progress

A comprehensive review is planned as part of the website's final quality assurance, including navigation, forms, job applications and mobile use.

We will update this statement when the review has been completed and provide more specific information about any identified limitations and planned improvements.

03

How we approach accessible design

Our website design and development aim to support the following principles. These are design objectives and do not constitute a claim that every page or component has been fully tested.

01

Clear structure

Meaningful headings, readable content and consistent navigation to help visitors understand and move through the website.

02

Keyboard access

Interactive elements should be usable without a mouse, with visible focus indicators and a logical navigation order.

03

Readable presentation

Responsive layouts, suitable contrast and text that can be enlarged without unnecessarily limiting access to information.

04

Reduced motion

Respecting reduced-motion preferences where animation is used and avoiding motion that is unnecessary for understanding the content.

05

Understandable forms

Clear labels, instructions and error information for contact forms, job applications and other important interactions.

06

Alternative information

Meaningful text alternatives for relevant visual content and accessible ways to obtain information when a particular format creates a barrier.

04

Known limitations and review scope

Because the full audit has not yet been completed, we cannot provide an exhaustive list of accessibility limitations. We do not want to describe untested functionality as fully accessible.

The upcoming review will include the main website templates and user journeys, with particular attention to the following areas:

01Navigation and menus
02Contact forms
03Job search and applications
04Interactive components
05Mobile and responsive layouts
06Documents and third-party tools

We will assess issues identified through testing and visitor feedback and prioritise improvements according to their impact on people's ability to access important information and services.

05

Alternative ways to access our services

If you cannot access information or complete a task on our website because of an accessibility barrier, please contact us. We will work with you to find a practical alternative.

01

Access information

Request information about our services, expertise or opportunities in an alternative accessible format where reasonably possible.

02

Apply for an opportunity

If the online application process is not accessible to you, contact us and we will help arrange an alternative way to submit your application.

03

Contact TopTeam

If a form or interactive component prevents you from contacting us, you can reach us directly by email or through our contact page.

You do not need to disclose a medical diagnosis or other sensitive information simply to report an accessibility problem or request assistance.

06

Report an accessibility issue

We welcome feedback about barriers on the website. If something is difficult to use, please tell us what happened and which page or function was involved.

ACCESSIBILITY CONTACT

Let us know what is not working.

You can email us directly or use our contact page. Please include the page address and a short description of the issue if possible.

We will review your feedback and respond as soon as reasonably possible. If you need information or assistance urgently, please explain that in your message so we can consider an appropriate alternative.

07

Review and updates

We intend to review accessibility as part of our ongoing website maintenance and whenever significant changes are made to the website or its functionality.

The next comprehensive review is planned after the current website development and plugin consolidation have been completed. This statement will then be updated with the review date, assessment method, known limitations and relevant improvement information.

DOCUMENT VERSION Version 1.0 · 7 September 2026 Accessibility assessment pending final website review.

We will also review whether any specific statutory accessibility requirements apply to our services and update the statement accordingly.

ACCESS / OPPORTUNITY / PEOPLE

A better digital experience should include more people.

We want barriers to be something we identify and remove, not something visitors have to work around alone.
