Anthon has been part of TopTeam since 2019 and spends much of his time looking beyond the obvious — searching across the market for people who might become our next colleagues.
Often, he is the first person someone meets from TopTeam. Not because a CV happened to contain the right keywords, but because something in the person behind it felt worth understanding.

From consultant to building Gothenburg.
Albin's TopTeam journey did not begin behind a desk. It began in delivery.
He first joined TopTeam through an assignment as Project Manager within Volvo Electromobility. After years close to technology delivery — combined with extensive experience from the consulting market — the next step became clear.
Today he leads TopTeam in Gothenburg, building close, transparent relationships with clients, consultants and partners while helping turn our idea of a different consulting company into something people can experience every day.

More than a decade later, Robert is one of the people deep inside the engineering behind Origo — spending countless hours connecting difficult pieces, solving what refuses to behave and turning ambitious ideas into technology that works reliably in the real world.
