Lead Engineer – Connectivity Hardware Development

Drive hardware development for next-generation automotive connectivity solutions. As Lead Engineer, you will coordinate suppliers and internal teams, secure requirements, and lead validation activities. You ensure time plans and deliverables are met, working closely with HW and SW engineers to deliver robust, cost-efficient products. With your Volvo experience and knowledge of engineering tools (VPC, KDP, TCPLM, TPD/TCA/CA), you act as project leader and technical bridge across stakeholders. This role requires proactive leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication in an international, fast-paced environment.
