Test Manager for Large-Scale Transformation Program

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager/Test Lead to drive testing within a major transformation program in Copenhagen. You will define test strategies together with project leaders, business stakeholders, and QA leads, while planning, coordinating, and executing functional, integration, performance, and UAT testing. As a trusted advisor and mentor for test teams, you will ensure best practices are followed and foster collaboration across technical and business stakeholders. Experience with regulated industries such as finance is highly valued.
