CAD Engineer – Engines & Hybrids

Exciting opportunity for an experienced CAD Engineer to join the Engines & Hybrids team in Gothenburg. You will design, develop, and improve engine and driveline components, ensuring quality and reliability throughout the product lifecycle. The role covers new development, fault tracing, design remedies, and production implementation, requiring detective skills to identify root causes and apply 8D methodology. You’ll create and manage CAD models and drawings, resolve packaging conflicts, and secure design readiness before release. CREO expertise is essential, with Volvo systems (KOLA, VPCS) as a plus. The position demands curiosity, problem-solving, and collaboration with suppliers and factories. Fluent English is required.
