Job Description

Join an international project as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer/Specialist focusing on Customer Service. You will design and implement key components such as case forms, queues, routing rules, SLAs, and Omnichannel flows. The role includes building integrations with external systems via APIs or Azure middleware, configuring Knowledge Base solutions, and creating Power BI dashboards. You’ll also drive ALM practices, CI/CD pipelines, and provide technical documentation, demos, and knowledge transfer. Supporting UAT, cutover, and go-live phases, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, and consultants to ensure successful delivery.
