Job Description

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Technician to provide first-class support via phone, email, portal, and chat. You will guide users, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, while actively contributing to process improvements and team development. The role includes scheduled shifts on both weekdays and weekends.

You have a technical background from university or college, strong interest in IT, and previous experience in IT support or customer service. To succeed, you need to be communicative, solution-oriented, accurate, and thrive in helping others. Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar systems is meritorious. Excellent Swedish and English skills are required.
