Senior Business Analyst & Process Modeler – Insurance Sector Expert

Seeking an experienced business analyst and process modeler to lead and structure complex requirements work within the insurance industry. You will map and visualize processes, develop and maintain information models, and ensure the new user interface is based on well-defined, business-critical requirements. Acting as a bridge between business and IT, you will work closely with solution architects, developers, and UX teams to deliver sustainable solutions. This role involves facilitating workshops, ensuring traceability, and supporting acceptance testing in an agile, cross-functional environment.
