Data Analytics Engineer – Empowering Data-Driven Insights

As a pivotal member of our Analytics team in Gothenburg, you will spearhead the design, development and delivery of data solutions that transform raw information into clear, actionable insights. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will identify key data sources, build robust ETL pipelines and craft intuitive visualizations. By leveraging modern platforms and agile methodologies, you’ll help our organization become truly data-driven.

What you’ll do:

• Partner with business teams to translate challenges into data requirements
• Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines and workflows
• Develop and maintain scalable data models on platforms such as Databricks
• Create compelling dashboards and reports in Power BI that drive decision-making
• Showcase and iterate on analytics solutions in an agile environment

What we’re looking for:

• MSc in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or related
• 5+ years’ experience in data engineering, analytics or software development
• Proven proficiency in Python and SQL for data integration and analysis
• Hands-on experience with modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks) and Power BI
• Strong ability to present complex data in clear, stakeholder-friendly formats
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• A collaborative, proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving
